Psalms 4

Psalms 4:4 NKJV

Be angry, and do not sin. Meditate within your heart on your bed, and be still. Selah

Wow.. mostly I would know "be angry and not sin" but this verse gave me more! Meditate within your heart, which means dont lash out yet... and tells me that I got to be on my bed! Haha maybe somewhere comfortable, so I can think properly... and not only that... the bible tells me to be still....

Oh gosh.. how hard would that be?!?!

Im those kind that will leash out or do something when im angry. So.. hmmm

In this psalms, it talks about trusting God..

In both verses....
Psalms 4:5
Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, And put your trust in the Lord .

Psalms 4:8
I will both lie down in peace, and sleep; For You alone, O Lord , make me dwell in safety.

So.. I guess when we r angry, it is our pride that is hurt.. but when we trust in the Lord, we submit out pride and rights to Jesus and trust him in that He will make things right.

Haha dont know how tt is going to pen out. But I will want to learn and I know God will teach me...

Oh gosh.. Lord, grant me wisdom and discernment in my anger!!
